Information we collect
We collect the contact, business, product, quantity, destination, budget, certification, and other sourcing details you provide through our request form. Stripe collects and processes payment-card information; Global Sourcing Report does not receive or store complete card numbers.
How we use information
We use your information to review your request, conduct supplier research, communicate with you, deliver your report, maintain business records, improve the service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We may share the minimum information necessary with providers that support payments, website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and business operations. We do not sell customer personal information or accept paid supplier placement.
Analytics and cookies
We use website analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Your browser may provide controls for cookies and similar technologies.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for service delivery, records, disputes, security, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
