Terms of Service

Research service
Global Sourcing Report provides independent desk research, comparisons, risk questions, and practical sourcing materials based on the information reasonably available at the time of research. The number and depth of supplier candidates depend on the report package purchased.
No guarantee or agency
A report is informational and does not guarantee supplier identity, performance, pricing, availability, certification, product quality, delivery, legality, or suitability. We are not a supplier, broker, importer of record, purchasing agent, attorney, accountant, or certification body. Customers must verify claims, request samples, negotiate terms, and perform final commercial and legal due diligence.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate requirements and lawful contact information. You are responsible for purchasing decisions, contracts, product compliance, intellectual-property clearance, import obligations, inspections, payments to suppliers, and use of the report.
Payments and delivery
Report fees are charged once through Stripe. Research begins after successful payment and receipt of sufficient requirements. Delivery timing may vary with the complexity of the request and the availability of reliable information.
Report use
Your completed report is prepared for your internal business evaluation. Global Sourcing Report retains rights in its methods, templates, design, and general materials. You may not resell or publicly republish a report without written permission.
Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Sourcing Report is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or supplier-related losses arising from decisions made using a report. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable report.
